The strength class begins with a warm-up right out of the gate that will wake up your body and prepare you for your workout. Next up, let’s challenge the legs, glutes, core & more! We will begin with a few compound movements that get your whole body recruited to the party! Then we challenge the arms and help you shape up and build the definition you’ve always wanted. Targeting biceps, triceps and shoulders. We would never forget the back muscles too. Before you know it an entire hour has passed by and you just trained your entire body! You feel great, energized and ready to tackle the day!
