A TEAM DEDICATED TO YOUR FITNESS GOALS
Susan is a fun and energetic instructor. You can usually find her smiling and squatting. Susie is also a river guide, paddle board instructor, and loves to spend her time outdoors.
April loves a challenge, especially if it takes your feet off the ground! You may find her painting, drawing, gardening, cooking, going to metal shows, or playing in the PC gaming world if she’s not in the studio or in the gym.
If she isn’t learning a new skill, teaching a fitness class or working out, you might find Lisa reading, hitting the movies, beach or lake with her kids, baking or sewing.
If Rey isn’t in the gym, you might find him eating or spending time with his family and animals. Rey is also a 4X undefeated anchor for the Westside Climbers Tug O’War team.
Tayler enjoys staying active outside of the gym and training with snowboarding and wake surfing with friends and family.
Janae enjoys musical theater, reading, music, creating choreography and pickles.
You can find Melissa in her garden, doing charcoal doodles, beekeeping, cooking, going on road trips, camping and yelling at her kids.
Jill loves scuba diving, hiking, boat camping, skydiving, water skiing, exploring, kayaking, flying places with her honey, swimming, training her puppy and being a good mom to her sons Blake and Eric and loving wife to Steve.
If Melissa isn’t teaching a Strong Nation class, you’ll find her reading, relaxing or enjoying the outdoors snowboarding, wake surfing and backpacking.
If Maryann isn’t teaching her fun Barre class, she is reading, cooking, decorating and traveling.
When Janay isn’t leading a group through a pole dance class, she is practicing sleep, collecting rocks, collecting animals, gardening, working on new pole moves and spending time with family and friends.
Mckenzie loves traveling, crafting, reading, graphic & fashion design. You can also find her enjoying her favorite music at concerts.
When Cyndi isn’t teaching an upbeat Pound fitness class, she’s playing with the dogs, starting and abandoning craft projects and living her bucket list!
Jayden enjoys the gym for several reasons! The biggest reason is it allows him to focus on pushing himself to become a better man than he was the day before! Outside of the gym he loves to snowboard and you might even catch him “nerding out” on a favorite book!
Stevie enjoys pushing himself and others to the limit, but also likes to have fun while doing so. When not coaching, he can usually be found on his dirt bike, golfing, fishing, talking or PARTICIPATING in general buffoonery.
When Saryn isn’t rocking out in her pound fitness or flowing in a yoga class, you can find her doing some of her favorite pass-times of eating, reading a good book, binge watching tv, or crocheting. Her love for pole fitness has fueled her bucket list desire to attend a pole camp in Bali.
Ashley is the office manager. Her love for dance and fitness led her to becoming a pole instructor here at Sierra Flow. When not at the gym she can be found spending time outside with family and friends.
Birdie loves all things dance! When not at the studio, you can find her spending time with her family and friends or serving at her church.
Lisa is a very friendly drill sergeant. She’s an early bird and can be found leading your 5am boot camps or coaching Semi-PT sessions. When Lisa is not in the gym she’s usually hanging out with friends and family.
Reanna enjoys adventure and fun. When not training at the gym she can be found in the Mountains backcountry snowboarding, split boarding, hiking or camping with her husband. Running marathons and enjoying live music is top on her list. Great concert? Count Reanna in!
When Serene is not at the gym she enjoys riding her horse, trying out new recipes, and staying active as much as possible!
Travis has been a long term gym and fitness enthusiast for over 20 years. If you don’t find Travis coaching in group exercises, you’ll find him working out or running around the gym in his off time. He is a natural leader and has a special knack for getting you to push yourself to new levels. Travis loves his family, freedom, country and God!
